The next project was to design a dreamscape using a group of images added to a base theme. The original image I chose to use was an HD shot of the Golden Gate Bridge. For the dreamscape element I chose to use a theme of The Blackest Night, where Black Lantern rings attach to the deceased and turn them into emotion-feeding undead. The basis of the image was to use the start of the event, having clouds darken the world, and a giant Black Lantern moon spew the rings across the world. The word 'flesh' can be seen as the rings call as they hunt for bodies, and the word 'rise' glows in front of the embodiment of death, Nekron. This project uses many detailed features of Photoshop, such as masks, opacity levels, blurs, hue changes, and many others.
